Happy New Year

Our neigbour had a New Years Eve party that we went to for a few hours that night. We were supposed to dress like it was 1978 -Grease /Disco Era...check out Dominic's slick back hairdoo!

Disco king and Disco prince!

2007 was a great year. We have watched many miracles this year and are thankful for God's continued provision and protection. It was good to go home at 10:30pm and put Dominic to bed and enter the new year with thanksgiving and prayer, excited for what God will do in the year ahead!

Here's a glimse of our decorated living room this christmas gone. I was quite upset last week when I discovered that I had lost all the pics that we had taken of Dominic and the rest of us on christmas day. Somehow they never saved to my computer..lots of cool videos and pics gone. Will have to make up for it next year!

Here's Dominic's new snow suit that he got just before christmas. We put him in it when we went to deliver christmas cookies that I made for our neigbours!!

Think this was our first snow for the winter!

Daddy keeping Dominic entertained with a game boy at uncle Colin's house in Iowa! Look at his face...hilarious!

Taking a walk with Mommy just before the real cold weather hit!

His First Real Owwee !

It's been a while since my last post...sorry to all of you that have been looking and waiting for something new.

Dominic had a scary accident on thanksgiving while visiting Uncle Colin in Iowa.Ten minutes before eating our thanksgiving meal, unaware to us, he was looking at an electric wood burning stove stepped up on the platform and fell forward grabbing the stove to catch his fall. He got second degree burns to both hands with blisters from finger tips to palms. The blisters in the palms were about the size of small eggs...it was horrible to look at and very painful but it could have been so much worse! God is good..it has all healed very well with no scaring...he had to leave his bandages on for almost three weeks!
